Returns & Refund Policy

All Sales are Final, as these are Clearance Items.

Orders that are cancelled in transit or refused at delivery due to non-damage reasons (include but are not limited to size, color variation, etc.) are also subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Items That Cannot Be Returned Include:

  • Clearance Items
  • Items that have been assembled or installed
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Items without their original packaging
  • Items postmarked 30 days or more after the date of delivery
  • Rug Pads are non-refunding

Note on color: The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen. Please be advised that in some cases patterns and colors may vary according to size.

To return an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Within 7 days of receipt, email the eCommerce team at contact@kismetoutlet.com or call (1-307-739-8984). Include your order details, contact information and reason for the return.
  2. Carefully repackage the merchandise and write our return address on the outside of your package. Items must be returned in the original or equivalent packaging. We cannot accept returns sent collection on delivery (C.O.D). Return the package via UPS or insured parcel post. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise.
